Bob Dylan
Within the civilized nations of the world the word culture has long been synonymous, with the name Bob Dylan. There are many interpretations of the definition of the word culture. Practically speaking, the most authentic definition describes culture as "the arts and other manifestations of human intellectual achievement".
When referencing this definition with regard to the public's perception of Bob Dylan, it is common knowledge that for decades leading up to the present that it was often subliminally suggested by the media that Bob Dylan is the most revered “celebrity” on the planet by the general populace and the intellectual community.
When focusing on the word "celebrity" in regard to Bob Dylan, it appears as if Dylan was touted as the most revered celebrity first before being transformed into being recognized as the most highly acclaimed and revered songwriter in the world.
It is without doubt a strange perspective to be cultivated as specifically “a celebrity." Instead of promoting his talent as a songwriter Dylan's camp, and the music and entertainment industry along with Hollywood promoted Dylan as a celebrity first above all else.
Leaked information has recently suggested that it was not by happenstance that this occurred. Dylan’s mysterious, subliminal persona had been meticulously cultivated by Dylan's camp to project Dylan as (specifically) the most revered “celebrity” of all in which no other celebrity would come close to matching Bob Dylan’s level of reverence.
The “most revered songwriter” persona played second only to the “most revered celebrity” persona in developing Dylan's total persona. No other celebrity had ever been cultivated by the industry in this fashion.
There was however some degree of legitimacy to this proclamation. Being the most quoted and chronicled person of our time established Dylan as the most revered celebrity as well. Of course, we don't know for sure whether Dylan's is actually the most chronicled person, but this is what we are being told by the media. This inferred, manufactured and concocted reverence was directed specifically to the moral conscience of mankind.
This humane to all concept of moral consciousness catapulted Dylan into the media as somewhat of a diviner. A prophet if you will.
On September 15 1995 James Damiano filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Bob Dylan in the United States Federal District Court.
According to the record of the court it is conclusive that in James Damiano's lawsuit against Bob Dylan, the court was negligent in maintaining legitimacy, honesty and lawfulness.
On March 14 1996 Judge Joel B. Rosen granted Bob Dylan a confidentiality order for all discovery materials to be designated as confidential.
When the court granted Bob Dylan the gag order it (The Court) became complicit in Bob Dylan's stealing of James Damiano's songs by assisting Bob Dylan to cover up the actual theft of the songs to the public.
The court also attempted to cover up the illegal and unlawful dismissal of the lawsuit itself among many other crimes that will be brought to light in this document, and which are also entered upon the record of the court.
This website substantiates one of The United States Federal Governments largest verifiable "frauds upon the court," diminishing the integrity of the federal Judiciary to the level of the criminals it prosecutes.
For starters the United States District Court held James Damiano in contempt of Judge Joel B. Rosen's gag order with videotaped depositions that incriminated Bob Dylan. The court then proceeded to cover up the fraud it committed.
By holding James Damiano in contempt for posting depositions on the internet that incriminated Bob Dylan the court has libeled itself by defaming Mr. Damiano.
Holding James Damiano in contempt was the courts way of fooling the world into believing that James Damiano had done something wrong or even criminal.
The courts documentation of judicially entering these charges on the record of the court has backfired to the extent that they have documented their own fraud upon the court by defaming James Damiano to the public.
It is substantiated through the record of the court that Judge Simandle's final opinion does not reflect the issues of facts portrayed in this website.
It is also substantiated through the record of the court that Judge Simandle's final opinion does not reflect the issues of facts that were entered upon the record of the court. In fact, it reflects the opposite.
The following statement was entered upon the record of the court on March 28th 2007. Marked Document 153-15
It is publicly and judicially uncontested by Bob Dylan and or Bob Dylan’s law firms Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, Parcher Hayes & Snyder, Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, Hecker Brown and Sherry, and Sony House Counsel that Bob Dylan and people in Bob Dylan’s entourage have solicited James Damiano’s songs and music for a period of over ten years and eleven months.
Said statement was never contested by Bob Dylan.
So, there is no misunderstanding for the laymen reading this website we would like to note that this case was never presented to a jury and that after fifty hours of videotaped depositions were taken in this litigation (all of which were incriminating to Bob Dylan) Judge Simandle, then proceeded to dismiss the case in summary judgement.
James Damiano challenge any judge, prosecutor, lawyer or legal scholar to review
the facts of the case and compare them to Judge Simandle’s final opinion
to dismiss the lawsuit in summary Judgment without the facts being
heard by a jury. Their findings will conclusively reveal that the corruption
committed by the court is decisively substantiated.
The findings will also conclusively reveal that the corruption
committed by Bob Dylan’s legal team including Orin Snyder of Gibson Dunn
And Steven D. Johnson of Gibbons P.C. is decisively and conclusively
substantiated.
It is ludicrous that Judge Simandle denied James Damiano a verdict by jury in light of the fact that he stated the following in his final opinion:
Plaintiff asserts that “the bulk of his life’s work” was submitted to Sony beginning in 1982. He also alleges that he was told to bring his songs to several concerts which he attended courtesy of Sony. Plaintiff has produced evidence that after these concerts, he was allowed backstage and gave his work to Dylan or his agents. Taking these allegations as true, plaintiff has demonstrated a genuine issue of material fact as to whether defendants had access to his work. Judge Simandle also opined:
"this court will accept as true plaintiff’s allegation that Sony represented to him that he would be credited and compensated if Dylan used his work."
Bob Dylan fooled the world for decades claiming to have written many of the melodies to his hit songs when in fact most of the melodies were from preexisting songs that he did not write, including Blowin In The Wind. Our estimation after research is that at least eighty percent of Bob Dylan's melodies to his hit songs were plagiarized.
In a last nail in the coffin scenario James Damiano's movie "Eleven Years" draws the straw that breaks the camel's back, rivets Bob Dylan to his secret past of plagiarism and rewrites musical history"

.
At this time there is no need for anymore corruption, there is no need for anymore fraud and no need for anymore defamation. There is however a severe need for honesty and fairness. It is impossible for the court to deny the fraud it committed after documenting it to the record of the court. The opportunity exists to restore integrity back to the court.
At this point in the game James Damiano should not have to waste his time, money and resources on attorneys or litigation. All the fraud committed by Bob Dylan, Bob Dylan’s attorneys. and the United States District Court has been documented to the record of the court, The court should simply evaluate the damages inflicted on James Damiano and provide James with an equitable conclusion.
One of the purposes of this website is to cite, substantiate, archive, and document the massive amount of fraud the United States government has committed via "fraud upon the court" in James Damiano's copyright infringement lawsuit against Bob Dylan.
Another purpose of this website is to cite, archive, and document the massive and shocking amount of fraud Dylan's lead attorney Orin Snyder has committed in James Damiano's lawsuit against Bob Dylan.

Posted here are just two items relating Dylan to a prophet but over the last couple decades there were many articles written that subliminally suggested this same idea.
Although this article suggesting Bob Dylan is some kind of "prophet" is extremely subliminal it plants a seed for a reason which is to control the leverage of influence over the general populace. Even though it comes from a political science professor at Penn they know that it will soon gravitate to the mainstream media and that the general populace will begin to believe some level of it.
Bob Dylan as Modern-Day Prophet
In his new book, political theorist Jeffrey Green takes a unique view of the famous musician.

Bob Dylan was just 22 when the Emergency Civil Liberties Union recognized him with the Tom Paine Award for his contributions to social justice. His activism in the progressive causes of the time—December 1963—was unmistakable. But as Dylan accepted the award, he ranted against those in attendance. He mocked them and disavowed politics, calling it “trivial.” He was subsequently booed off the stage.
A few months later, Dylan wrote a song called “My Back Pages,” which laid bare his internal conflict. “Fearing not I’d become my enemy / in the instant that I preach,” Dylan sang. He was testifying to the notion that individual freedom opposes social justice, a clash central to Jeffrey Green’s new book, Bob Dylan: Prophet Without God.
Green, a professor of political science and director of Penn’s Andrea Mitchell Center for the Study of Democracy, spent eight years analyzing Dylan’s words from a political theorist’s perspective. He finds that Dylan is a modern-day prophet of a special kind: “a prophet of diremption,” in Green’s words. Or, metaphorically, a prophet without God.
“He inherits three values,” Green says. “He speaks in his music and in his statements to issues of individual freedom, to social justice, to adherence to God. But he’s at his prophetically most distinct when he testifies to the collision between these values, and then derives some ethical consequences from those collisions.”
Green says this makes Dylan an unusual visionary—not a prophet of salvation, telling people what to do or what direction to follow, but rather a prophet constantly dealing with those three values and never solving them.
“He was affiliated with the left, but then he withdraws and owns it and sings it,” Green says. “He doesn’t say, ‘I’m now a conservative’ or ‘I don’t actually have any moral obligation.’ He says, ‘I recognize those things, but I also have a competing desire to do what I want. To be free.’ And I find that unusual in the history of political thought.”
Another publication Culture magazine published the article below:
Dylan's concept of humane to all politics is sophomoric at best especially since Dylan has been cited in expressing support and allegiance to one political side not both which flaws the concept at its core. Everyone is a human being. All men are created equal.
This website is being constructed the month of July, 2024. The information contained in this website has been copied from other websites owned and published by James Damiano. Said websites have been published and present on the internet for the past twenty-seven years.
The discovery materials that fall under Judge Rosen's confidentiality order are listed as follows:
Discovery materials included 50 hours of videotaped depositions (all of which incriminated Bob Dylan), 132 answers to defendant Bob Dylan's 132 questions of interrogatories, a one thousand (1000) page chronological plaintiffs statement displaying the true facts of the case, eleven years of documented correspondence between James Damiano, CBS, Sony and Bob Dylan's management and entourage, a corroborated scholarly music analysis of a Grammy nominated song from a Harvard graduated musicologist with a doctorate who claimed both Damiano's and Dylan's songs bare the "exact melodic arc", blatant published admissions of guilt by Bob Dylan, and the definitive verifiable documented record of the United States Federal District Court of New Jersey's flagrant and irrefutable fraud upon the court committed by the court and documented to the record of the court by the court.
To reiterate over a span of twenty-eight years the United States Federal District Court of New Jersey has documented to the record of the court it's own "fraud upon the court.
By the record of the court it is conclusive that in James Damiano's lawsuit against Bob Dylan, the court was incapable of maintaining legitimacy, honesty and lawfulness. Every case after Damiano vs Dylan would have to be tainted given the verifiable, documented fraud upon the court that was comitted by the court and Bob Dylan's lead attorneys Orin Snyder and Steven D. Johnson.

Doesn't seem like a man
Who would beat you but
I guess you never know
People do whatever it takes
To get what they want
So quick to put on a show
And there's a reason for
Everything in this world
Hit me high or hit me low
Might seem like a cynical
Attitude but someday
You'll reap what you sow
And I never met a man who
Could afford to be honest
Have to have
Those essential luxuries
Faith is your reason
Belief your purpose
Don't tell me you didn't know

"All parties are legally obligated to report this "fraud upon the court" to the United States Justice Department.
Mr. Damiano has patiently waited twenty eight years for the court to rectify the blatant, evident, substantiated, irrefutable and documented, fraud upon the court that was committed in his infringement lawsuit against Bob Dylan.

Hard to see
The shadows in
The darkness of the night
Hard to see the truth
In the blindness of the light
Never thought I’d see the day
Where two wrongs
Make a right
Hard to see the shadows in the
Darkness of the night
